Spalling/Concrete Restoration Project
July 25, 2005 Notice We have been experiencing problems with contractors and decorators hired to do work in individual units walking in areas where they should not be. We must be very careful now that the critical phase of the walkway work is beginning. During the tile floating, waterproofing, and drying phase of the walkways, each floor will be blocked to everyone, there is no admittance onto that floor for at least 3 weeks. Once Mr. Bigos has determined that floor is capable of handling traffic, it will be opened, and another one or two will be closed. Any unauthorized entry onto a closed floor causing damage will result in all contractors and decorators being banned from the building until the work is complete. In addition, those causing the damage will be charged for a full repair. This information will be posted in the lobby and elevators as well.

are the prices for having the lanai tile replaced through the concrete
restoration program. These amounts will be invoiced to those owners who
have agreed to have their tile done through us. Invoices will be
sent this week.
