Security Services
Any
owner, guest or other occupant of a unit in the BayView Tower should notify
the front desk personnel at the hotel of any emergency or complaint
regarding another owner, guest or other occupied at 239-466-4000. The front
desk staff on duty will notify security personnel of the complaint or
emergency. The hotel staff has agreed to respond to any emergency or
complaint within fifteen (15) minutes of the initial call. Personnel of the
hotel will patrol the building with uniformed members of the staff. These
individuals will walk the parking lot, building floors, and the beach. The
hotel will assign a designated member of the staff to be in charge of
security issues. Beginning at 9:00 PM each day, two security personnel will
be on property in addition to the regular staff.
The
following is a list of security services the hotel has agreed to provide to
our Association:
a.
24-hour emergency response to guests and owners (As needed)
b.
Respond to fire alarms (As needed)
c.
Respond to elevator emergencies (As needed)
d.
Respond to noise complaints (As needed)
f.
Patrol the building where accessible. (Daily)
g.
Monitor the pool and beach area for people who are not Resort or Condominium
guests or owners. (Daily)
h.
Assist in off hours with access to secured areas. Prior notification must be
received from an Association representative. (As needed)
i.
Check the fire panel every day after 5:00 PM. (Daily)
j.
Open the pool and bathroom at 8:00 am and close at dusk. (Daily)
