Cleaning Services

In addition to the weekly cleaning services provided to the Association by the regular outside cleaning service, the hotel staff has agreed to the following:

 Pool and Beach services

a.   Pick up towels (Daily)

b.   Pick up trash (Daily)

c.   Straighten and arrange furniture (Daily)

Weekend and Holiday services

Pool Restrooms:

a.   Remove trash (Daily)

b.   Clean, sweep & mop (Daily)

c.   Check & refill supplies (Daily)

Elevators:

a.   Sweep & mop floors (Daily)

b.   Mop any spills or wet areas as required or requested

Lobby:

a.   Remove litter & trash (Daily)

b.   Sweep & mop floors (Daily)
