NOTICE!!!

Work to upgrade our elevators started on April 21, 2004.  This work replaces the mechanisms that operate the elevators, bringing the equipment up to date, and making them more efficient and easier to maintain. 

About June 17^th (this date could change due to unforeseen circumstances), both elevators will be out of service from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.  The crews will be redoing all the cables and need to work on both together because of the way our elevator system is built.  Notices will be posted on every unit door to notify occupants when the work will be done.

The following day, the first elevator will be finished, and they will start the other one.  The second one should only take half as long to do.

We are sorry for any convenience.  Please understand that these upgrades are required to maintain your services to the level expected on this beautiful property.
