Gross Floor Area: 161,616 total square feet
Foundation: Precast concrete piles with poured
concrete pile caps and masonry block foundation walls
Frame: Reinforced concrete
Exterior walls: Primarily consist of stucco and
lath over steel studs with some masonry block
Floors: Ground floor is a concrete slab on grade
and upper floors are of reinforced concrete slabs
Roof: Combination construction consisting of
a reinforced concrete slab with a built up roof cover,
partial wood trusses and wood sheathing with metal tile
cover
Partitions: Metal studs and drywall with masonry
block
Floor Covering: Primarily tile
at common area walkways only
Wall Finish: Primarily paint
at common areas only
Ceiling Finish: Primarily paint
at common areas only
Conveying System: Two passenger elevators with
2,500 pound capacity serving all floors
Plumbing: 158 full bathrooms with 316 additional
plumbing fixtures
Sprinklers: At trash chute areas only
HVAC: Individual central heating and cooling
split system for each unit
