If you see ants or other bugs in your unit, please call Island Management to set up an appointment for your unit to be sprayed.  We have a quarterly service for the whole building that includes 10 callbacks per month that can be used in units.

February 4, 2006 - From John McCarthy @ Sanibel Harbour Resort regarding toll plaza move.

As you may know, the Department of Transportation (DOT) is about to dramatically alter the toll bridge access to Sanibel Island. It is our strong opinion that the changes to the traffic flow will be detrimental to the residents, guests and team members who dwell, vacation and work within our resort community. The current plan encompasses an interim toll booth that would re-route bridge traffic through Punta Rassa road.

I have attached this plan for your edification...hoping that, if necessary, we can represent a community united in opposition to anything that would impair life safety and our collective well-being. We have engaged counsel, we have met with county life safety officers, we have met with fellow neighbors, we have engaged our corporate political action committee and we remain dedicated to our mission of ensuring the safety of all interested parties. We will keep the board members of the Bay Tower Association apprised of our progress.

Please trust that we will do everything within our power to ensure that our collective interests are addressed.

 September 16, 2005:  Our new management company is Island Management.  Our contact is Steve Mackesy and his e-mail is steve@islandmgmt.com.  Effective immediately, please send all correspondence, association payments, etc. to Island Management.  Any items already sent to Benson's will be forwarded to Island Management.  Island Management contact information can be found on the Management page on this website.

 July 20, 2004:  There are 2 storage rooms available for rent in our building.  They are on the 4th floor.  Yearly rent is $300.  Contact Island Management at 239-472-5020 for more information.
