Hurricane Charley Roof Construction Project

June 8, 2005 Update

1. RLJ completed tile removal at 12, 11 and were looking at completing half of 10 by end of today.

2. West Coast Roofing has dried in the south low roof of the north penthouse and was completing the northside roof of the south penthouse. Each flute of
the metal deck in contact with the existing metal truss gets a self-drilling screw. There are 6 guys working including the foreman and I find they work as a team. Two were cutting metal deck and plywood and 4 were placing, aligning and running screw guns.

3. The north pod of condensers are under the building on plastic sheeting. Mabry is now working on the south pod (31, 32 and 33 riser). These should be down by weeks end.

4. I understand there are something like 33 owners who want the specified tile and install package offered through RLJ. If we have enough by the end of the week, I will talk with the tile people to see if we can get a better price.

5. By next week there should be additional power and telephone in the job trailer. John Z. will try to start the 36 riser on Thursday.
